Being in Campania, I could not have omitted to climb Vesuvius Volcano: probably history’s most infamous volcano. Unlike the crowds of tourists climbing the volcano daily from the only currently open trail, I with three German friends took a unique and more adventurous approach. We climbed up to the crater off-trail, straight-line up the slope, detouring the national park entrance and avoiding submitting the entry fee. In this album, you will see the pictures from that day’s great adventure. Here you will read the full story of it.
