Camenca is a small town situated in the north of Transnistria: a narrow strip of land stretching between the Ukranian border and Dniester river along the eastern territory of Moldova, from which it got succeded after a revolution following the dissolution of the USSR, and even though it never received recognition from the international community, it is de facto an independent state where the legacy of the Soviet Union still lives on.
