As Eria is known this little magical spot, hidden in the forests of central Euboea, you’ll see in the pictures below. The place is reached via a small road starting from outside of the village of Kathenoi. The road leads to a small church, built sometime by the beginning of the 13th century AD, as a part of a monastery that once operated there. A concrete staircase then leads down the bank of Messapios River.
