As I woke up, that morning in Cap Skirring, Casamance, Senegal, I felt somewhat bored to spend my day in the exact same way I’d spent all my previous ones while sojourning there: lying on the beach and coming in and out from the sea. So I decided to undertake a short cycling expedition. I rented an old bicycle from that guy hanging out on the beach, and I headed northwards in Casamance. Diembering village was as far as I made it before all roads turned into sandy ones, making it hard to continue any further by cycling means. In this photo album, you’ll watch some of the pictures I took while exploring in and around Diembering village.
