Buses to Patras depart throughout the day from Kifissos Bus Terminal (location) in Athens. To get to the terminal, take the blue metro line to Elaionas Station, then either walk about 1.5 km or hop on bus 052. The Kifissos Terminal is also accessible via several other city buses, including the X93, which runs from Athens Airport.
