Alto de La Línea is a high mountain pass in the Central Andes, forming a natural boundary between Tolima and Quindío. Known for its elevation and dramatic views, it sits along a key transport corridor crossing the range. The area is often marked by shifting light, steep slopes, and wide panoramas over layered mountains.
We reached the pass by chance at sunset while driving toward Montenegro. The light spread across the ridgeline, and we pulled over to take it in. We stayed for a while, watching the colors shift and taking a couple of photos before continuing.
