Coming down from the mountains towards the sea in search of a beach, we ended up in Itea, a town located on the north coast of the Gulf of Corinth. After meandering for a while up and down the coarse roads leading south from the town along the coastline, we ended up at that beautiful, isolated beach of Genimakia you’ll see depicted below.
