Driving south of Athens, this is as far as you can get to Cape Sounion; a magical place where one can spend many hours observing the sun as it slowly approaches, and ultimately plunges behind the pelagic horizon, by the stern presence of the ancient Poseidon’s temple on the hilltop beside. Here come a few shots I took while on a short trip there.
